Here’s the tantalizing menu, created by Chef Joe and his culinary team at The Club.
Breakfast ~ scrambled eggs, bacon, home-fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, cheese blintzes with raspberry syrup.
Omelet Bar ~ all of your favorite ingredients, including French toast and pancakes.
Salad Bar ~ snow crab legs, peel and eat shrimp, assortment of fresh salads, fresh fruit.
Entrees ~ carved Santa Maria tri-tip, roasted chicken breast with a tomato-bacon jam, lobster Florentine lasagna, herb-roasted new potatoes, buttered rice pilaf, green beans with saffron butter, vegetable medley.
Dessert Station ~ assortment of all your favorite pies, cakes, sticky pecan rolls and scones.
Seating times are 10 a.m., 11 a.m.. 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Cost is $28.95 for adults, $23.95 for Club members, $6.95 for kids ages 6-12 years old, and free for kids age 5 and younger.
