Fundamentals of Self-Defense


Learn the fundamentals of self-defense with this class on Saturday, July 22, at the Fitness Center.

There will be a 10-minute warmup followed by the one-hour class, which will conclude with a 10-minute cool-down. The self-defense class will involve punches, kicks, knees, elbows, evading grabs (holds) and hold escaping. No physical contact or grappling involved.

Class is free to all DoD ID cardholders age 18 and older. Class size is limited to 20.
