We Make Fitness Fun

Health professionals are warning us:  “Sitting is the new smoking.” In other words, sitting too much can be as harmful to our health as smoking is.

Any wholesome activity that gets you up and moving will be good for your body and your brain. It doesn’t have to happen in the gym. Choose something new. Have fun.


11:30 a.m. Friday, February 8, at the Fitness Center, free. Start/Finish line is located behind the Bowling Center. To sign up, call the Fitness Center front desk at 719-556-4462.






11 a.m.-12 p.m. Tuesdays, $5. At the Fitness Center, 719-556-4462.










Zumba – Yoga – Back to Basics – Boot Camp – Rock Wall Climbing Class – Total Body Sculpting – Triple Threat

Strength – Intervals – Spin Abs

LAP SWIMS – free.

Mondays – Fridays –  5:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
Saturdays  –  10:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

Yes, even in the winter. We have our Polar Bear Golf Series that runs two Saturdays a month through February. At Silver Spruce Golf Course, 719-556-7414.






Dollar Days offers dollar games and dollar shoes – 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Mondays and 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesdays. At the Bowling Center, 719-556-4607.
