FITNESS CLASSES RESUME

As of Monday, October 5, the Fitness and Sports Center has resumed its Aerobics and Spinning classes.  Here is the current schedule:

Mondays 

  • 6 a.m.  SPIN INTERVAL
  • 11 a.m.  SPIN INTERVAL

Tuesdays

  • 6 a.m.  YOGA
  • 11 a.m.  BOOT CAMP
  • 3 p.m.  BACK TO BASICS

Wednesdays

  • 6 a.m.  SPIN STRENGTH
  • 11 a.m.  SPIN STRENGTH

Thursdays

  • 6 a.m.  YOGA
  • 11 a.m.  PI/YOGA
  • 3 p.m.  BACK TO BASICS

Saturdays

  • 10 a.m. SPIN
  • 11 a.m.  AEROBICS

Military may sign in 30 minutes prior to the class.
Civilians and Dependents may sign in 15 minutes prior to the class.
No Contractors or Guests.
All participants must be 18 years of age or older.
