14er Planning Class

Folks are intrigued by Colorado’s 14ers – mountain peaks that are 14,000 foot or higher in elevation.  There are 54 of them in the state. Our class will teach you how to prepare for the trip and how to reach the summit wisely and safely.

Offered from 4:30-6 p.m. Wednesday, August 14, at Outdoor Recreation, Bldg. 640.

Cost is $5/person.

Sing up by noon the day before the class. Call ODR at 719-556-4867, Option #1.

If you take this 14er Planning Class, you might also want to sign up for the 14er Shuttle, 6 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, August 24.
