HEART RATE TIPS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Start at your beginning – If you haven’t exercised much, start engaging in something that you enjoy then gradually progress over time.
- Listen to your body – Pay attention to how hard you’re breathing or sweating and stop if you’re feeling uncomfortable.
- Remember that target heart rate is just a guide.
