Swim the Distance: Chesapeake Bay Crater, begins October 10

SWIM THE DISTANCE CHALLENGE – Aquatics Center, 719-556-4608

Keep your fitness momentum going. Swim the Distance! Each quarter, the Aquatics Center offers a new distance swim challenge that is 20 miles or more in distance. Each challenge has its specific start and finish dates, so you can swim at your own pace and when your schedule permits within that time frame.

Our fourth quarter challenge is the Chesapeake Bay Crater, 24 miles.

Begin swimming Monday, October 10; finish by Saturday, December 30.
All swimming must be done at the Peterson Aquatic Center, unless on TDY orders.
Log your distance to win prizes!
All participants receive a T-shirt upon completion of the challenge.
First place winners will have their names placed on the facility plaque.
Registration fee is $30 per challenge. Register in person between October 2 – 14 at the Aquatics Center, Bldg. 404. Call 719-556-4608.
