During Fire Prevention Week, the Colorado Pizza Company, the Peterson Fire Department and Tierra Vista are partnering to help you be safe at home. If you live in base housing and order a pizza from the Colorado Pizza Company on October 10 or 14, your pizza will be delivered by a firefighter.
If the firefighter shows up in a fire truck, does a safety inspection and the smoke alarms are working, your pizza is free! If the batteries are dead, Tierra Vista will supply you with new batteries … but you have to pay for your pizza.
If your pizza is delivered by a firefighters driving a regular vehicle, you have to pay for your pizza, whether your smoke alarms are working or not. Delivery by firetruck is random, but don’t leave your safety to chance; make sure you’re safe and have working batteries in your smoke alarm.
To order your pizza for home delivery on October 10 or 14, call the Colorado Pizza Company at 719-574-8863.
