Successful course completion required participation in classroom and skills demonstration. Some practice sessions require physical activity. Please wear comfortable clothing and avoid wearing dangling jewelry or jewelry with sharp edges. All Girls: Since most girls are wearing low-rise jeans, please wear a long top or a jacket to wrap around your midriff. Please wear a long shirt, as you will be bending over a lot, and we may have teen boys participating. Long Hair: Please wear hair up or bring a pony tail holder.

The Michael Phelps im Swim Program has five different “bubbles” which create a multifaceted program of water-safety lessons, health and wellness education, as well as goal-setting instruction.
