General Information

Wake Up Services
Our guest room telephone system offers automatic wake up calls. In addition, alarm clocks are provided in each room.

Housekeeping Services during Inclement Weather
During inclement weather conditions, our housekeeping staff provides limited housekeeping services (trash and towels) if time permits. If the base is closed, housekeeping services will only be provided for check-outs for upcoming arrivals and may start as late as Noon. In-house guests may not receive service for that day; however, the front desk will have extra linen and amenities available upon request.

Lost Keys
Contact the Front Desk for a replacement key.

Do Not Disturb Signs
This service is provided for your convenience. Simply hang the Do Not Disturb sign from your exterior doorknob to ensure privacy. If you would like to receive housekeeping service, we ask that you remove the sign by 1 p.m.  For safety and security, rooms must be checked every third day.
