Office of Personnel Management
This website offers a variety of information from information regarding benefit programs, telework, retirement, employment policies, veteran programs, etc. USAJOBs is a subsidy website of OPM.
USAJOBS is the exclusive site for applying for employment for Air Force and most other government agencies.
Air Force Personnel Center (AFPERS)
Look up specific information about Air Force, obtain forms and HR Advisories.
This website will give you access to your electronic OPF, which shows things like your SF 50s, TSP enrollments, etc. You can also request a civilian personnel brief, which shows your work history, training, awards and decorations, service computation date, etc. It also gives you access to EBIS, the online application for making benefit changes.
DCPAS (formerly CPMS)
The Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service (DCPAS) is the Department of Defense’s consolidated provider of common civilian personnel administrative programs and technical advisory services. Resources such as training, fact sheets and DoD level policies can be accessed here.
This is the portal for accessing your Leave and Earnings Statements, pulling W-2 information and making address changes.
Thrift Savings Plan (TSP)
Employees participating in the Thrift Savings Plan can access their accounts, make changes to fund allocations, check on funds performance and find useful forms on this site.
The DCPDS Portal allows employees to access My Biz, supervisors to access My Workplace and HR Liaisons and managers in the field to access the system for generating personnel actions. My Biz allows employees to view personnel information, including current and historical appointments, position, personal, salary, benefits, awards and bonuses, education, training, some certifications and licenses, performance and Notification of Personnel Actions. In addition, employees can view Emergency Contact Information and Joint Duty Assignment Information. In My Workplace, supervisors may view their employees’ personnel information, including current and historical appointments, position, personal, salary, benefits, awards and bonuses, education, training, some certifications and licenses, performance and Notification of Personnel Actions information. In addition, managers can view Emergency Contact Information and Joint Duty Assignment Information.
