Note: The Aragon Dining Facility offers carry out service to all eligible users.
BRUNCH AT THE ARAGON – 7 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays – but NOT on UTA weekends.
Have Brunch with us. We offer it from 7 a.m. – 1 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday, except UTA weekends.

BREAKFAST AT THE ARAGON
Effective immediately breakfast (ONLY) is open to everyone (all eligible users of Peterson AFB), including officers, family members, retirees, DoD and NAF civilians and contractors at the Aragon Dining Facility, Bldg. 1160. Bon appetite!
Aragon breakfast hours, extended 30 minutes Monday – Friday and on Reserve Weekends, are as follows:
Monday – Friday 6-8 a.m.
Saturday, Sundays, holidays 7-8 a.m.
Reserve Weekend, Sat/Sun (Once a month only) 6-8 a.m.
- Baked Sausage Link, Grilled Turkey Patty
- Grilled Turkey Link or Turkey Bacon
- Creamed Beef
- French Toast
- Chicken and Waffles
- Cottage Fried Potatoes or Hashed Brown Patty
- Boiled Eggs
- Scramble Eggs

Note: Dinner hours have been extended 30 minutes Monday – Friday and on Reserve Weekends.

FLIGHT / GROUND MEAL ORDERS
Flight / ground meals are available during normal operating hours. Two hours notice is required for individual orders. For large amounts of flight meal orders, please allow 48 hours notice. If this is for a flight, a copy of the flight manifest is required for the discount (no surcharge).
