Relocation Assistance Program
Provides a variety of services designed to help personnel and their families through the process of a Permanent Change of Station (PCS) move. They include education, information, referral and support to help ease the physical and emotional impact of relocation. Relocation also offers information regarding schools, neighborhoods, maps, employment trends and volunteer opportunities. For more information, please call 719-556-6141.

To help ease your youth’s transition to a new place, they can correspond with and get to know a youth of the same age. Please visit the Youth Center for information on helping youth relocate to Peterson AFB.
Right Start – Newcomer’s Orientation
Mandatory for all newcomers to Peterson AFB. Be informed of the Wing’s unique mission, meet agency reps and get training on required items. Spouses are highly encouraged to attend.
Plan My Move & Overseas Briefing
Offers information and out-processing procedures from JPPSO, legal, finance, TRICARE, and Airman & Family Readiness Center as you prepare your move from Peterson. Recommended for anyone moving overseas or stateside.
Sponsorship training is now online! Please visit https://apps.militaryonesource.mil/esat (Copy and paste this URL into your Web browser.) for your initial training and then bring your certificate to the Peterson Airman & Family Readiness Center to pick up maps, directories, and other useful sponsorship information. Please remember that Airman & Family Readiness Centers have knowledgeable professionals to answer your questions and provide specific information regarding any sponsorship need.
