All customers must sign in for class at the front desk and pick up an aerobics card to give to the instructor before they enter classes. Active duty have priority in all aerobics and spinning classes, and may sign-in 30 minutes prior to the class start time. Dependents (minimum age 16), retirees, DoD civilians and reservists may sign in 15 minutes before class start time. Contractors may enroll in spinning and aerobics classes on a space-available basis. They must sign in five minutes before class start time, and must be ready to participate by the start of class. Guests are not eligible to take aerobics or spinning classes.
With the exception of aerobics and spinning classes, contractors are eligible to use the Fitness Center from 7:30-9:30 a.m., 2:30-4 p.m. and 8-10 p.m. Monday through Friday only. |

| CLASS DESCRIPTIONS |

| KICKBOXING-Bored with your workouts? Me too! This class consists of box aerobics, kickboxing and martial art moves, put all together in a fast action, exciting and powerful format. Works all major muscles groups to include cardio. Can be modified to any fitness level. |

| TURBO STEP-This class beats to a different drummer. Beats per minute are a little faster and the moves are very quick and challenging. Recommended for intermediate and advanced levels. |

| INTERVAL STEP-This fun workout provides you with aerobic exercise and may also include resistance training. It consists of intervals of high intensity and medium intensity, both on and off the platform. Abdominal work is included in this great workout, followed by a relaxing cool down. |

| STEP/CARDIO-This class is for all levels. A full hour of high and low impact aerobic exercises (performed on an off the step platform) that is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and coordination. Followed by abdominal work and a cool down. |

| SUPER STEP-This peak performance step class provides a great cardiovascular workout for all participants. The instructor uses the latest in fitness education while leading you through basic patterns, add on combinations, power moves and propulsion. |

| YOGA/POWER YOGA-This class is designed to enhance vitality and sense of well-being. Focus on flexibility, balance, strength and posture. |

| BACK TO BASICS-A self paced cardio circuit course incorparating 15 simple exercises. Build a new, leaner, stronger you. |

| TONING-Participants use flexible tubes (bands), hand-held weights, and their own body weight to perform exercises that isolate each major muscle group to tone, shape and sculpt the body. |

| SPORTS CONDITIONING-Incorporating sport moves and strength training, this full body work-out helps develop strength, speed, power and cardiovascular fitness. |
