Professional Development offers monthly seminars such as Study Skills, Counseling & Mentoring, Leadership, Silver Bullets, Debt Free Workshop, Fearless & Persuasive Public Speaking – all of which are open to enlisted, Company Grade Officers (CGOs) and civilians. Professional Development also offers seminars targeting specific groups.

  • CGO/SNCO VECTOR is a four-hour seminar that integrates the offers with the Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs). Since they will be working together in the various work centers, this seminar helps the CGOs and SNCOs start networking with each other.
  • The SNCO Professional Enhancement Course is a five-day course for new Master Sergeant selects that better prepares them to assume their role as a SNCO in the United States Air Force.
  • The NCO Professional Enhancement Course is for NCOs who have been out of professional military education for more than three years. It fills that gap and allows them to network as well.  It is part refresher / part new material for them to take back to their work centers.
  • Another unique seminar is Airman-Supervisor VECTOR, which consists of the subordinate signing up with his supervisor for this four-hour seminar. It allows the supervisor and Airman to break down barriers, have better communication, and have a better understanding and motivation for our Airmen of today’s Air Force.
