Our guest room telephone system offers automatic wake up calls. In addition, alarm clocks are provided in each room.
Housekeeping Services during Inclement Weather
During inclement weather conditions, our housekeeping staff provides limited housekeeping services (trash and towels) if time permits. If the base is closed, housekeeping services will only be provided for check-outs for upcoming arrivals and may start as late as 1200 hours. In-house guests may not receive service for that day; however, the front desk will have extra linen and amenities available.

Do Not Disturb Signs
This service is provided for your convenience. Simply hang the Do Not Disturb sign from your exterior doorknob to ensure privacy. If you would like to receive housekeeping service, we ask that you remove the sign by 1200 hours. For safety and security, rooms must be checked every third day.

Shelter In Place
Shelter locations in the event of a chemical/bio-hazard have been established for each building as follows: TLF1, TLF2, Bldg 1026, and Bldg 1030 shelter at The Club (Bldg 1013). Bldg 1143 shelters at the Aragon Dining Facility (Bldg 1160). Shelter should be taken immediately upon notification.
Evacuation routes are posted on the interior of each guest room door. Please exit your room in a calm and safe manner and move to a safe distance (minimum 150 ft.) from the building. Do not re-enter until authorized to do so by base safety personnel.
Please adhere to the following:
Do not smoke in the rooms. Flammable liquids (gasoline, charcoal lighter, propane, flammable cleaning fluids, etc.) and additional cooking/heating devices are not allowed in the rooms. Never leave heated cooking or electrical appliances unattended. Do not place hot appliances (irons, blow dryers, coffee pots, etc.) in drawers of cabinets. Do not overload electrical outlets. Multi plugs and power strips are prohibited. Do not burn candles, potpourri, or incense in rooms. Vacate all rooms immediately during fire alarms.

VAQ – $42.00
Built in 1976, our outstanding Visiting Airmen’s Quarters are the primary lodging facilities for non-resident students of the Forest L. Vosler Non-Commissioned Officer Academy. Rooms are both private and shared-bath configurations.
VQ – $53.25
Built in 1968, our Visitor Quarters provide approximately 325 square feet of living area.
TLF1 – $55.00
Built in 1972, our one bedroom Temporary Lodging Facilities are equipped with one bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. These facilities will accommodate a family of four. Inbound, Priority 1, PCS families are authorized up to 30 days based upon availability. Outbound PCS families are authorized up to ten days.
Extensions must be requested in writing to Pikes Peak Lodge and be approved by Lodging Management. Extension approval will be based on availability without displacing other in/out bound Priority 1 personnel.
TLF2 – $55.00
Built in 2002, our two bedroom Temporary Lodging Facilities are equipped with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. These facilities will accommodate a family of seven. Inbound, Priority 1, PCS families are authorized up to 30 days based upon availability. Outbound PCS families are authorized up to ten days.
