Information needed to make a reservation:
Individual Reservations
Name, rank, status, organization, zip code to assigned base, DSN phone, commercial phone, email address, arrival date, departure date, and a credit card number are needed to guarantee the reservation.
Group Reservations (6 or more)
Name of conference
Point of contact (POC) (same information as required for individual reservation)
Alternate DSN phone and Alternate POC
Credit card number to guarantee the reservation.
