HALF-DAY RAFTING: BIGHORN SHEEP CANYON (Class II & III Rapids)

FULL-DAY WHITEWATER RAFTING: ROYAL GORGE (Class IV – V Rapids)

ACCIDENT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Before you participate in any of Outdoor Recreation’s programs, you must read and sign an accident waiver and release of liability. For your convenience and to save time the day of the trip, we urge you to download the form (click here), read and sign it in advance, and bring it with you the day of the trip.

HIGH WATER REGULATIONS

During high water season (2200 – 3200 cubic feet per second/cfs), typically in June, rafters must be a minimum of 12 years old and weigh 50 lbs. or more.

In extreme high water (over 3200 cfs), the Royal Gorge is closed, and rafters must be a minimum of 16 years old and weigh 90 lbs. or more on all other sections of the river.

Note: All raft trips are subject to change due to a variety of factors including, but not limited to, water levels, safety hazards, weather and age.
