Facilities & Parks
The Fitness Center Bldg 560/570, is a 60,000+ sq ft facility that contains two regulation-size basketball/volleyball courts, two Cybex equipment rooms, a free weight and dumbbell room, five racquetball courts, aerobics room, spinning room, 1/12 mile indoor track, the Colorado Room (70 pieces of cardiovascular equipment and two cardio theatres), the Peak View Room (a smaller cardio room with state-of-the-art equipment), a climbing wall, six locker rooms including a DV locker room for men and women, and a 4,800 sq ft Health and Wellness Center.
Outdoor facilities include a four field softball complex, 400 meter rubberized surface running track with a soccer/football field in the middle, a 20 station fit trail, four tennis courts, a basketball court, and new lighted roller hockey rink.
Tennis courts are for tennis play only. Any other activity on these courts is inappropriate. Group PT or other recreation on these courts causes the playing surface to get torn up much quicker than if used by tennis players for tennis. Please be respectful of our facilities. For help in locating an area for your unit’s PT, contact the Fitness Center staff at 556-4462.
