Collaborates with agencies and organizations both on and off base to provide a wide range of opportunities for base volunteers. Recruits, trains, places and recognizes volunteer services through the annual Volunteer Excellence Award presented during the annual Wing Awards.

Helping Hands Volunteer Program
Assists family members of the deployed with minor household repairs, minor car repairs, transportation, or lawn care. This program survives on volunteers, and without them would not exist. For more information or to volunteer, call 556-6141.

Are you moving? Have company? The Loan Locker is co-located with the Airman’s Attic behind the Base Chapel. It has many items available for PCS loan, or for loan in case of need. Items include futons, pots and pans, dish sets, car seats, lamps, alarm clocks, small appliances, just about anything you need prior to/after a PCS or for an event. Also provides Layettes for E-5 and below to recognize and assist families upon the birth of a baby.

National Military Family Association
The National Military Family Association (NMFA) was founded by volunteers, is governed by volunteers and continues to rely on the enormous contributions of its volunteers. The volunteer corps served the Association, families of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, and the commissioned Crops of the Public Health Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
