Information and Referral Services for Special Needs
An exceptional family is one with a family member, regardless of age, who has any medical, educational, developmental, intellectual or mental health condition that requires on-going or specialized services.

The goal of the Exceptional Family Member Program (Information and Referral) is to provide special needs families with the most accurate and up-to-date information and resources regarding the EFMP, local resources/supports, disability-specific news and anything that may be of interest to the families.

The EFMP-FS coordinators can be reached at [email protected]
