With the proliferation of craft breweries throughout Colorado, you might guess that beer drinkers are pretty selective about what they’re drinking – and you’d be right. That’s why The Club’s annual Homebrew Fest is so popular.
This year, the 11th Annual Homebrew Fest was held Friday, Feb. 19, at The Club. The event featured local home brews, some new microbrews, and regional beers. There were 353 entries, with some coming from as far away as North Carolina!
It was the perfect occasion to sample really awesome homebrews and, if you were lucky, you were able to talk to the homebrewers to find out the skinny on recipe secrets.
The was food was delicious, and the band, SofaKillers, killed it. And, of course, there were the suds . . . and more suds.
The Fest ran from 5:30-10 p.m. Over 400 attendees had a terrific time. The first 350 through the door received a commemorative beer glass!
